TESCOMA automated conveyor/shipping line – Kardex system operator

We have supplied an automated conveyor/expediting line for Tescoma, a major Czech manufacturer and our long-standing valued customer.

Tescoma decided for a complete change of their internal logistics and chose our company TMT as the main manufacturer and supplier of the conveyor system and Kardex as the supplier of automated storage systems for their projects.

It involves operating 14 Kardex Miniload-in-a-Box Storage Systems that pick goods faster and more accurately and save storage space.

  • 7 picking stations with a total capacity of 2,000 items/1 hour.
  • Efficient picking from 2 machines to 4 orders simultaneously with an average operating time of 10 sec/1item.
  • The equipment is used for storing larger items with the possibility of picking both single and group packs.
