Technology of Metal Plate Processing

T M T spol. s r.o. Chrudim has a large production base using standard technologies for processing of structure steel as well as stainless steel (splitting, cutting, machining, bending, grinding, drilling, welding) with the use of the latest CNC machines.

Production technology for sheet metal processing is concentrated in the H5 hall. BOSCHERT CombiCut cutting and punching machine is used most often. DURMA CNC hydraulic shears ensure splitting of metal plates. Shaped bends are made on a large DURMA CNC SYNCRO press brake, or on a new small ERMAK press brake.

T M T spol. s r.o. Chrudim has been using a new PRIMA POWER PLATINO FIBER highly dynamic laser center since 2015.
