Transport of Crushed Rubber to a Cement Kiln
Dosing equipment is used for receiving crushed rubber from containers and its precise dosing to a cement kiln where it is incinerated. It consists of three platforms for lifting and discharging containers and a special dosing conveyor which travels in front of the platforms and a hydraulic system.
Transport of Bone Flour and Crushed Plastic and Textile Material to a Cement Kiln

Receiving stations are used for receiving bone flour, crushed plastic or textile material from containers or from trucks with moving floors and for transport of alternative fuel towards a cement kiln where it is incinerated. Receiving station consists of a platform for lifting and discharge of containers, sheet boxes, screw feeders, bulk conveyors and a hydraulic system.
Reload and Compression Station
Municipal waste is discharged from garbage carts and compressed by means of a pressing unit into the containers situated in a movable platform. Hydraulic system, semi-automatic control system and steel structures are part of the station.
Regeneration of Contaminated Earth
Contaminated earth is transported from its store to a desorption equipment by means of the transport line which consists of the input large grate, belt feeder, belt conveyor with a scale, vibrating screen, further two belt conveyors and the output screw conveyor. Relevant steel structures as well as coverings and chutes are part of the transport line.
Recycle of Electronic Items
The line is used for dismantling and categorizing which is then followed by recycling of electronical products such as televisions,monitors etc.
Waste Paper Recycle
This type of systems are designed for producers of paper packaging products – paper, cardboard boxes, containers, etc. TMT s r.o. is experienced in conveyance of waste paper from production machine to another utilization point where it is packaged by press machine.
