Process Filling Scale
Automatic dosing scale used for filling trays or boxes by the given mass of product for further manipulation or storage within the process.
Metal Detector Conveyor
This system is created for indication and rejection of products of food industry which are contaminated with small metal pieces.
Oscillating Conveyor
The oscillating conveyor is used for proper spreading of instant soup material to have a smooth layer of the material on the next conveyor. It is possible to control the speed of rotation, oscillation and transportation. After the drying process by the use of warm air through the conveyor, the material is placed in heaps in the next conveyor as seen in the picture on the right.
Interoperational transportation
The conveyors are used for transportation in between the phases of freezing and packing processes of food products.
Aligning Conveyors
The system is constructed for the phase after cooling process of musli bars from thirty to five degrees. In this phase, the musli bars are aligned horizontally while they are transported to the packing machine for the next stage of process. Each musli bar is moved onto the next conveyor by a systematic movement created by a pneumatic system.
Transfer of pallets
This line is constructed for transportation of palettes of boxes of yogurt from production hall to storage hall. The lift conveyor seen in the picture on the left is used to connect two conveyors at different levels.
