For Car Seat Producers
This equipment serves one of the best just in time delivery car seat producers around the world. The main purposes in this project were the contribution of the main assembly line, transportation and accumulation between assembly lines and despatch sorting before the shipment through bar-code scanner.
For Car Producers
The equipments are produced for transportation and manipulation of part of car bodywork for a car producer. The main objectives in accomplisment of this task were the transportation across the main corridor and accumulation before assembly.
For Truck Producers
The equipments are used in a conveying system for truck bodywork prepared for a truck producer. The main purpose of the project was transportion of products in a painting shop.
For Car Door Producers
The platforms are produced to be used as assembly workplaces for producer of parts of car doors. The main purposes were the realization of assembly connection, final testing and measuring before shipment and monitoring faultless assembly throughout the whole process which was provided by POKA YOKE system. The first test and the production of testing series was done in TMT.
