TMT spol. s r.o. has developed and successfully introduced on International Fair for Transport and Logistics in Brno accumulative chain conveyor. This conveyor serves as line connecting segment in automotive industry. The conveyor co-operates with robots or manipulators which have to place products to holder on palette and than unload it from conveyor. All parts on conveyor have to be demountable and replaceable till 30 minutes. Whole conveyor is divided in powered, accumulative and tensioning module. Loading capacity of conveyor is max. 50 kg/1 pallet.
On loading point are products automatically loaded to holder on pallet. Loading and unloading of products is carry out by robot and so there are great requirements for accuracy of pallet placing.
Return of empty palettes is through returnable (lower) branch of conveyor. Fixation and right placing of palettes by loading and unloading ensure pneumatic stoppers. On conveyor in accumulative (upper) branch are placed two stoppers and in returnable branch one stopper which is placed at the end of returnable branch immediately before toothwheels of tension module. Palettes have to break transition on radius by crossing from accumulative branch to returnable branch and subsequent taking of pallets out of returnable branch.
