Two teams, one specialized in mechanical engineering other in electrical engineering, are entrusted with the task of responding duty calls 24-7. TMT is salutary to sign contract for after guarantee period depending on the customers' requests. Guarantee period exclusive, the service responds to the duty call in accordance with the response time determined by TMT and its customer in the contract in exchange of predetermined amount.
The technical drawings for designs of realized systems are stored for each project for five to ten years according to ISO EN ČSN 9001 : 2001 standards in case of emergency need of customer for spare parts.
