Planning and Designing Place of Projects
About 40 employees are engaged in planning and designing activities in TMT spol. s r.o. They are construction workers, designers of machines, electrical parts, steel structures and specialists in pneumatic, hydraulic systems and in some other systems. High productivity of construction work, competitiveness of products and design are supported by use of progressive CAD technologies. The construction offices constitute a large area of work space in the company equipped with a set of softwares for designing in 3D-Pro/ENGINEER.
Second CAD system which is used in TMT for designing steel structure construction is AutoCAD version 2004. IDA NEXIS 32 is used for strength test of steel structure construction. The system Pro/ENGINEER 2001i2 from the firm Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) is one of the most frequently used 3D CAD`s in the Czech Republic as well as in the world. Our firm has made the module Pro/MECHANICA available from PTC to be used in mechanical and strength tests. Pro/ENGINEER 2001i2is a fully parametric system which in our firm cooperates with economics and manufacturing softwares.
Samples of TMT Projects
Packaging Line
It consists of automatic line for packaging, straping, and accumulation of roofing product on palettes. Line is assembled from roller conveyors, crossing tables and pneumatical cylinders.
Manipulation with Euro-palettes
Machine is used as buffer for euro-palettes. Palette is just in time load to the conveyor line.
Manipulation with Paper Bag
Machine is used for automatic maneuver of the large paper goods in conveyor line used for manufacture. The goods are moved between two belt conveyors by a special mechanism.
Assembly Line
The system consists of a conveyor for assembly of an automotive part in special palettes. It is designed with respect to a construction system which is made of aluminium.
