Department of Electrical Design provides elaboration of designs with accompanying documentation and generation of control programs. Projects with special demands on control and PLC are constructed in cooperation with other companies which are specialized in their profession under the supervision of TMT.
Design & Construction
WSCAD41-a special CAD for electricians- is used for the design of electrical parts. WSCAD41 is an optimal tool for designing electrical parts in several points of view, enabling intercommunication between AUTOCAD and WSCAD (format DWG to DXF).
Control Systems
Our electrical department is able to create control programs by the use of PLC SIMATIC series S7 and Allan-Bradley series Micrologix. For more complicated systems, we use decentralized input and output modules, control them by highway PROFIBUS-DP. Control panels are used for easy handling and display of machines used.
Putting into Operation
After assembly and check for accuracy of wiring, putting into operation comes into place. Our designers, constructors and programmers in electrical department work for each section of this period. It is necessary to set parameters of converters, make connections with cooperating devices, debug programs and make possible adjustments on the devices in accordance with the demands of customer.
