TMT spol. s r.o. Chrudim has been providing the firm SSAB Swedish Steel its storing services since 1996. Supply of metal sheet as whole pieces or in smaller regular forms is included within the services of TMT spol. s r.o. Chrudim for its customers.

HARDOX – abrasion resistant wear plate (hardness 400 – 600 HB) complies with strict requirements laid on resistance against wear and tear. Due to the combination of high level of hardness, high strength and excellent toughness, HARDOX wear plate is the obvious choice for applications in which wear had previously often given rise to problems. The high wear resistance of the plate increases the useful life of components such as excavator buckets, crushers, chutes, containers, oscillatory feeders, buckets, crushers, tipper bodies and other superstructures of trucks, sieves for sorting machine, different parts for concrete plant, cement factories, crushing mills and similar equipment. The material was developed by the Swedish firm SSAB Oxelösund and first introduced in 1970. The hardness of the plate is achieved by effective quenching in water quenching line. This method enables high hardness to be achieved in spite of a low content of alloying elements in the steel. The resulting wear plate is easy to work with, bend and weld.

WELDOX – an exceptionally extra-high strong structural steel which provides you many opportunities. The extra-high strength of WELDOX means reduced weight in the chassis and telescopic arm. Practically it is demonstrated in handling, transport of products and in increasing capacities (bearing) of equipments such as mobile cranes, reinforcers, lifting equipments, trailers and superstructures of trucks and similar equipment. WELDOX can be used in various ways in designs. You can reduce weight while keeping the strength or keep the weight the same and increase safety or quite simply improve the functionality of your designs. WELDOX furthermore has several concrete product advantages among other things, providing even thickness tolerances, fine surface finish and an exceptional flatness tolerance.
